Terms of Use

We want Chatter Splatter Playgroup LLC to be a place of relaxed enjoyment, fun, and social connection! In light of this we know more fun and enjoyment will be had by all when our patrons follow our guidelines and policies.

Liability Waiver:

Parents, care givers, wards, or any guardian of any and all children (“Patrons”) entering Chatter Splatter Playgroup LLC acknowledge the inherent risks present in an indoor play environment. While Chatter Splatter Playgroup LLC works diligently to provide a safe environment for all, certain risks, whether inherent in the facility, located at 1030 Conshohocken Rd, Conshohocken, PA 19428, itself or caused by the actions of other patrons, are unavoidable. By using our facility, Patrons shall indemnify Chatter Splatter Playgroup LLC its employees, agents and officers against any and all liability incurred by any negligent or willful act of the patron, caregiver, child, or other patrons. A complete copy of this Terms of Use and Liability Waiver is posted at the facility and is also available upon request from any team member.

Chatter Splatter Playgroup LLC reserves the right to refuse service to a Patron whose presence detracts from the safety, welfare, and well-being of other Patrons and the cafe itself. Chatter Splatter Playgroup LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use and Liability Waiver from time to time.

Playground Pride:

Slides go down! Climbing up or standing on the slide puts children and others at risk.
Kindness is king! Children and adults will be kind, respectful, and conscious of the safety of all patrons. Rough play or bullying will not be tolerated. Those unable to comply will be asked to leave the premises.
Fairness is fun! All children and adults will play according to posted rules
Toys are for home. Safety is our highest priority, so no outside toys of any kind will be allowed in the playground area.
Food and drink is for the outside of the turfed area. It is best if food is eaten outside of the turfed area and not taken into the turfed play space.

Chatter Splatter Playgroup LLC Policies:

Parents may choose to remain outside of the turfed area while their children are in the turfed play area if their children are:

Age 4 or older and able to play, climb and jump independently.
Content. Children who are not easily consoled must be taken out of the playground area by their parents or caregivers.
Respectful. Children must follow the rules of the playground and respect staff reinforcement. Two unheeded warnings will result in a conversation with the parent and encouragement to take a break from play. Chatter Splatter Playgroup LLC reserves the right to deny access to children who choose not to comply by our guidelines.

Our Safety Rules:

Empty your pockets in remove all jewelry including rings, necklaces and earrings before entering the playground.
SLIDE FEET FIRST ONE PERSON AT A TIME in a crouching or sitting position, hold your knees close to your body and slide.
No shoes on any of the inflatable play equipment!
Be careful when running in the play area. Please watch for little ones and be respectful.
No climbing on any of the outside of the inflatable structures.
Mind your children. Parents are responsible for their children’s actions and behavior.
No stopping on the slides and no climbing up the slides.
If you cannot reach it, climb it, then please don’t.
No toys, gum, food or drink in the turfed play area.
Be careful of any clothing with drawstrings or accessories that could get caught somewhere.
No nuts may enter the building.
No shoes or bare feet allow on the turf area. Adults can cover their shoes with the provided booties, or wear socks. Please resue your booties by removing as you exit the turf and put back on as you enter the turf. Do not wear the booties on other flooring..
No strollers will be allowed on the turf area.

Adults and children must strive to keep all patrons and staff healthy and well. Patrons or children should not enter the facility with a known, contagious illness and Chatter Splatter Playgroup LLC reserves the right to ask patrons or children who are sick to leave the premises if their illness poses a risk to other users of the facility. Patrons also accept the risk of general exposure to common viruses as a inherent possibility in a playground facility.

We appreciate your conscious effort to keep our facility clean and germ-free. Please use the available hand sanitizers, sinks and soaps to clean hands before entering the play area. Thoroughly wash hands after eating and every restroom visit.

Diaper changes must take place ONLY in the restrooms.

Adults must have a kid! All adults entering the premises must be there because of a child they are responsible for and or with another patron who is responsible for a child. Adults are also responsible to supervise their children at all times. Staff are there for general and group supervision, but parents must be present for full responsibility of each child. All adults must have a wristband to enter.

Please remember to go home with all that belongs to you. Chatter Splatter Playgroup LLC will not be responsible for lost or stolen items. Lost and found items are collected nightly and placed in the lost and found box. Once every few months items in this box are given to Goodwill.
